Instructor: RachelFussy cut fabric and quick sewing creates a quilt that has a scintillating cat's eye design. This project, when completed, has the look of a more challenging quilt, but you'll be amazed at how easily it goes together! The pattern describes a "Hypnotic Dance of Movement and Color".
