Return Policy

Before returning an item, please email at sales@windymoonquilts.com

No refunds or returned products without prior authorization. Authorized merchandise returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and are for store credit only. No returns on cut fabric, kits, books, patterns, software, machine feet, or embroidery collections. 

CLASS CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a class, contact us 3 days prior to the class to receive a full refund, minus a $10 cancellation processing fee. No refund is available after 3 days prior to the start of the class. Classes taught by visiting teachers and quilting retreats are non-refundable.

All returns must be in a condition suitable for resale. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If an item is returned for exchange, additional shipping will be charged on the new item being sent.

If your shipment is damaged or faulty when received, please contact us. We will work with you on replacement or refund options.
