Shipping policy

Windy Moon Quilts normal business days are Tuesday through Saturday.  All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding Sunday, Monday and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For most items we use USPS flat rate shipping.  Some Items because of weight and/or size may have to be shipped via other carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 440 Spokane St.  Reno, NV 89512.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared for you.  We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00AM to 4:00PM on Tuesday through Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@windymoonquilts.com or call 775.323.4777 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We generally ship via United States Postal Service.   If your item needs to be shipped via common carrier (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) delivery to a P.O. Box delivery may not be available.  We will contact you if this is the case.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@windymoonquilts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
